Who is responsible for the calculation of the wind pressures?

For housing AS2047: Appendix D states the purchaser should nominate the wind ratings when ordering window assemblies. These are the N & C ratings as per AS2047 or AS4055.

For all other buildings, the purchaser should nominate the design wind pressures for the window assemblies when ordering the windows. This means nominating the ULS and SLS pressures as per AS2047 and AS/NZS1170.2. This could be a site engineer, builder or building designer providing the information.
