Sometimes it is necessary to have glass of different type and thickness within an IGU. For example a combination of laminated and toughened glass may be required, or glass of two different thicknesses.

In this situation, it is necessary to select the thickness of one of the panes. The tool will then calculate the minimum thickness required for the other pane.
